DAK Consulting provides CI audit support, reinforces behavioural change and systematically guides the development of internal CI leadership and frontline CI capability. In addition to improving today’s operations, DAK help organisations to continuously improve new product and capital project delivery processes. This provides a vehicle to engage the whole organisation and/or value chain in common “end to end” improvement agenda.

Oneflow will help you to create a culture with engaged employees and develop capabilities to deliver improvement activity through lean thinking and the associated tools. The results will be: increased productivity; reduced scrap rates; improved space utilisation; improved on-time delivery; reduced lead times; and measurable bottom line improvements.

Sora will provide a deeper understanding of how global automotive best practice techniques can be tailored and strategically applied to organisations wishing to improve productivity. This workshop will aim to provide a clear and simple understanding about how to align CI strategies and will provide a clear summary of some of the most commonly discussed maintenance strategies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and how to best apply them to your organisation.
