Works Management Manufacturing Conference

Become a Continuous Improvement King

Works Management will host its inaugural continuous improvement conference this autumn, offering its readers exclusive behind the scenes visits to leading manufacturing sites including Britvic and Jaguar Land Rover as part of the event.

The WM Manufacturing Conference 2011 (WMMC 2011) will feature case studies, exclusive factory visits and hands on workshops all on the theme of delivering continuous improvement.

Speakers, from sectors including automotive, food and drink, power generation and medical, will offer comprehensive case studies of their lean journeys at the two day event.

Delegates will then be transported to local factories to see how the theory works in practice.

Site tours include an exclusive behind the scenes look at the Jaguar Land Rover factory at Castle Bromwich and Britvic’s canning plant at Rugby. Expert-led hands on workshops complete the conference line up.
